The builder of 10 Baker Place needed a site to show off his $2 million dollar property. He was open to trying a new means of advertising, instead of the traditional MLS. We were hired to build a website and strategize a marketing program to help spread the word about this beautiful colonial home. Tactics included Google Ads, social media ads, email outreach, and leveraging real estate sites such as Zillow, For Sale By Owner, Owner.com, Redfin, and Fizber. The website features a point of interest map from Google, a gallery, a unique layout of information, and a mobile-friendly design.
